I have worked in the medical field for the past 11 years, earning both my bachelors and masters in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine with a minor in holistic health. I worked in a hospital setting for several years before moving toward home health. As a home health case manager I enjoyed building relationships with patients and their families with a unique understanding of how home and family life impact health management. I worked with a team to start a Palliative care program through home health, helping people with serious conditions manage their illness and focus on maximizing quality of life. I was blessed to work with the team at Wiscasset Family Health while getting my masters and fell in love with the office and model of care. I look forward to working with patients of and their families to determine the goals most important to them.
Outside of the office I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible with my husband and our two sons. I enjoy swimming, hiking, camping, yoga, gardening, and caring for over 70 houseplants.
