Our billers are here to make sure that Wiscasset Family Health keeps our lights on and doors open, by double checking our documentation and submissions of information to insurance companies and helping to make sure we get appropriate reimbursement for the work we do. They routinely answer billing questions for staff and patients alike!

Our administrative team keeps us all on track by setting up appointments, welcoming people when they arrive and tackling a TON of paperwork! They have also become health screeners and are often finding themselves walking people through the portal sign on process. And in all their “extra time”, there is on the go cleaning, watering plants, keeping up with seasonal decorations and wearing their patience caps!
