We currently have two medical assistants and an LPN on the clinical team. They answer the triage line, track and give vaccinations, support patients in their healthcare process through clinical advice, provide assistance with prior authorizations and medical equipment documentation and they are frequently the eyes, ears, and extra set of hands for our PAs, NP and physician.
