I have always known that I have wanted to help people. I studied psychology and world religions in college in an attempt to better understand human beings at their core. Working in the local emergency department as a unit secretary I had a front row seat to the mental health needs of so many individuals. With the support of my emergency medicine team, I decided to go back to school. Earning my master’s degree in clinical social work at Simmons University, I am thrilled to begin my career with a focus on children, families, and young adults. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time traveling with my husband, going on adventures with our dogs and meditating.
